Communology‘s MTE IMPS test module is a comprehensive tool to ensure the conformance and interoperability of IMPS client and server implementations with the OMA specification. The module has three different operating modes: server emulator, client emulator and validation proxy.

Each of the three modes consists of various conformance and interoperability test cases. They can be used for developing IMPS products or for the certification of IMPS products. As the first commercially available product in the market, MTE IMPS covers test cases for IMPS 1.3 and IMPS 1.2 products.
