Communology‘s mte IMPS test module is one of the first test tools for ensuring the conformance and interoperability of IMPS client and server implementations with the OMA specification. It has three different operating modes: server emulator, client emulator and validation proxy.

Each of the three modes consist of various conformance and interoperability test cases which can be used for developing IMPS products or for the certification of IMPS products. As the first commercially available product in the market, mte IMPS covers test cases for IMPS 1.3 and IMPS 1.2 products.
