Quality Management

Communology pursues a strategy of total quality management covering quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement. An important emphasis is put on the processes how to achieve highest possible product and service quality. Therefore, Communology’s quality management uses quality assurance and control of processes as well as tools to secure carrier grade quality.

To secure a professional product and service quality, Communology has implemented a Quality Management System based on EN ISO 9001:2000. Since the first certification in 2003, Communology has been successfully re-certified every year by TÜV Rheinland without any deviation.

In 2009, Communology was re-certified with the latest standard upgrade EN ISO 9001:2008.
