Frank Bell (CEO)

Before Frank Bell founded Communology and became managing partner in 2001 he served as IT consultant in the Netherlands and France and became head of software development at a media agency.

Frank took position of Communology's CTO in 2001. He has developed the service offering of Communology in the business lines testing, application development and professional services and has successfully secured Communology´s international market position towards major players in the relevant target groups. In July 2011 Frank was appointed as CEO.

Frank holds a master´s degree in electrical engineering from Technical University in Aachen/Germany.

Frank Bell holds the position of a Vice Chair of the 3GAmericas/GSMNA Java Task force since April 2008.
